Haha, I Can Blog Again

Hmmm, don't know what happened but I tried to blog 2 weeks ago but I could not. The web page was very messed up and didn't allow me to write anything.

Anyway, its been a long time since I last blogged. During this period, quite a lot of things have happened. First of all, we winding down the business as its not doing well. It was a fine learning experience and a journey of discovery that there's a lot more to the running of a business, and that I don't like running a business at all. It took me away from the things I like to do.

So what is it going to be from now on? I must say that I'm really blessed because I was offered positions from various locations and therefore I don't have to go job hunting. My heart is really set on a particular position but I shall not blog about it until I get a confirmation. I must say that I could really see God's guidance in the midst of all these; while I was still praying about my decision on the new job, I attended a bible seminar by Ps. Benny Ho which talked about discerning God's will. He really helped a lot with his systematic presentation of steps that I could use to know what God's will is for me.

As we approach the day of the end of the company, we have ceased operation and closed several projects with schools that we were working with. What's left are some contracts that we need to fulfill to the end of the year.

During this period, I've managed to pick up swimming again. Many thanks to Ivan's enthusiam to pick up the sport. I have been swimming with him, on average, once a week. His eagerness has helped him improve at tremendous speed and he is able to do decent butterfly stroke and for a few laps too!

I've also met up with Joel, thanks to Facebook and his interest in plant tank. I met up with him a few times to go buy stuff for our tanks somewhere in Jalan Kayu. As a result, I'm about $200 poorer thank I was.
