Answer to The First Smell of Christmas

Ding, ding, ding.

Lynn's got the correct answer! Its dung!

That's right, Jesus was borned in a stable after all.

Contrary to what we see in the movies, cartoons, nativity displays, etc. Jesus was borned in a place that was full of shit and placed in a manger, which was used for the feeding of the animals. Real animals don't stand around in a stable full of clean hay, lower their heads and stare at a new-born child. They sit around whole day, do nothing and shit, especially in the cold winter when Jesus was borned.

So let's be reminded of the reality the Son of God CHOSE to come into this world, humbled in a shit-hole situation, instead of making a grand entrance or be borned into a royal family. For what? Just so that He could identify with us, with the poor, and with the captives
